Ending the year

It’s been a very up and down year, some great feats on the sporting front, some gains in the economy and a government of unity to hopefully take us into a new era of prosperity and stability.

I take this opportunity to wish all a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful safe and peaceful holiday.

The special moments in life are those that take our breath away and those that make us giggle as we did when we were children, the smaller things which often go unnoticed or unappreciated, so look at those around you and remind yourself of how special the small things are and how they make you feel.

I am reminded of a wonderful quote…

“A homeless man was once asked what was the heaviest burden he has ever had to carry, he replied, “when I had nothing to carry”. A stark reminder to be grateful for what we have.

Be thankful for those who love us, the things we have in our lives and those who love us in spite of ourselves.

From me and my family, from the CTL family, from the DLI family – To you and yours, we wish you love, peace, friendship, safety and happiness.

See you in 2025
