DESIGNATED EMPLOYERS
An organization is deemed a Designated Employer if the employer employs 50 or more employees, or who is an employer who’s annual turnover is equal to or above the threshold as reflected in Schedule 4 of the Employment Equity Act.
EMPLOYMENT EQUITY COMPLIANCE
Designated Employers must comply with all Sections of the Employment Equity Act:
Section 16 – Consultation
Section 19 – Analysis
Section 20 – Employment Equity Plan
Section 21 – Employment Equity Report
Massive fines, starting at the greater of R1,500,000.00 or 2% of employer’s turnover, can be issued for non-compliance. CTL Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd can assist you to comply with all sections of the Employment Equity Act.
